Campaign Room
Run one marketing campaign from plan to results. A campaign manager keeps the goal, a channel calendar, every asset from idea to live, the budget against what was spent, and the results day by day in one room, so a launch never rests on anyone’s memory.

What’s inside
The crew
- Campaign Manager Crew leadA steady, numbers-honest runner of one marketing campaign: the goal, the channel calendar, every asset from idea to live, the budget against what was spent, and the results that say what worked.
- Social Media WriterThe town crier for your feeds.
- CopywriterWrites for humans.
- DesignerThinks in layout, hierarchy, and visual tone.
Plans it follows
- A/B Ad Copy VariationsGenerate a set of distinct, testable ad-copy variations for one offer across the angles worth A/B testing: it first locks the platform and its constraints (headline/description character limits), the offer, audience, and the distinct messaging angles to test (benefit, pain, social proof, urgency, curiosity), then drafts multiple complete variants per angle so each is a genuine test of a hypothesis rather than a trivial reword.
- Lifecycle Email SequenceDesign and build a multi-email lifecycle sequence (welcome, onboarding, nurture, re-engagement) that moves a subscriber from one stage to the next: it first maps the customer journey — entry trigger, the goal of each email, send timing/cadence, and the one CTA per email — then drafts every email's subject line, preview text, and body to its single goal, then builds the sequence into a client-safe, inline-styled HTML email set ready to load into an ESP.
- Landing Page CopyWrite conversion-focused copy for a single landing page: it first locks the offer, the one primary audience, the single desired action, and the core promise, then drafts a full message hierarchy — hero headline and subhead, value props, social proof, objection handling, and one repeated CTA — then edits ruthlessly for clarity, specificity, and persuasive flow.
- Social Media ThreadWrite a multi-post social thread (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Threads) that hooks, delivers, and converts: it first locks the single angle/big idea, the platform and its character limits, the target reader, and the CTA, then drafts the thread as numbered posts with a scroll-stopping hook, one idea per post, and a clear close.
Actions the crew can take
- Campaign statusThe whole campaign: the goal and the pace toward it, results by day for the last 8 days with each asset's numbers, the budget against spend by channel, and the calendar for the next 14 days (late items first) with ids, owners and stages.
- Set campaignSave the campaign itself: name, goal, audience, what the goal counts and the number to reach, launch, start and end dates (YYYY-MM-DD), and the budget in dollars.
- Add assetPut an asset on the campaign calendar: title, channel, the day it goes out (YYYY-MM-DD), owner and stage.
- Move assetMove an asset to another stage (idea, draft, approved, scheduled, live), or give it a new date or owner.
- Log resultRecord an asset's numbers for a day: reach (opens, views or impressions), clicks, and conversions (what the goal counts, such as preorders).
- Log spendRecord money spent, in dollars, on a channel (and an asset when one is named).
- List assetsEvery asset with its channel, date, stage, owner and results.
Each action is a small script that changes the app’s files, checked by Gezel’s security settings before it runs.
Files it keeps
Plain files in the project folder you can open, back up, and read: campaign.json, assets.json, results.json.
