Customer Voice

Gather what customers say and turn it into what to fix next. A researcher sorts reviews and survey answers into themes with counts and trends, flags the reviews that need a reply, and keeps an action list for what the business will change.

What’s inside

The crew

  • Researcher Crew leadReads source, prior art, or external docs and files a substantive written analysis.
  • CopywriterWrites for humans.

Plans it follows

  • Survey AnalysisAnalyze survey responses into a clear summary of what respondents actually said, across both quantitative (rating/multiple-choice) and open-text questions.
  • Review Reply BatchDraft replies to every customer review that still needs one, in the business's own voice: each reply thanks the reviewer, answers the specific point they raised, and mentions a fix only when the action list shows it under way.

Actions the crew can take

  • Voice statusWhat customers are saying now: each theme with its count over the last 30 days, the 30 before and the trend, the feedback not yet sorted into a theme, the reviews that still need a reply (oldest first), and the open actions.
  • Log feedbackSave a review, survey answer or comment exactly as the customer wrote it: text, source, rating (1 to 5 stars), author, the day it was written (YYYY-MM-DD), and its themes by name (comma-separated; reuse names from the status, a new name starts a theme).
  • Tag feedbackSort feedback into themes: one id or several comma-separated ('fb-12, fb-13') and the theme names, reusing names from the status; a new name starts a new theme (kind: praise, problem or request).
  • Save replySave a reply to a review, ready for the person to post where the review lives.
  • Add actionAdd an action the business agreed to take: title, the theme it answers (by name), owner and due date (YYYY-MM-DD).
  • Set action statusMove an action to todo, doing or done, by id or title.
  • Import reviewsRead a CSV of reviews or survey answers the person added under imports/ (e.g.
  • List feedbackEvery piece of feedback with its themes and replies, or only one theme (by name), plus the actions.

Each action is a small script that changes the app’s files, checked by Gezel’s security settings before it runs.
