Review Reply Batch
Draft replies to every customer review that still needs one, in the business's own voice: each reply thanks the reviewer, answers the specific point they raised, and mentions a fix only when the action list shows it under way. Use after a busy weekend, before a monthly review sweep, or once a CSV of new reviews has been imported.
