Sales Pipeline
Follow every deal from first contact to close. An account manager keeps each deal’s stage, value and next follow-up, tells you who to call today, and keeps a weighted forecast you can plan the month around.

What’s inside
The crew
- Account Manager Crew leadA warm, organized keeper of a small business’s sales: every deal with its stage, value and next follow-up, the calls to make today, and a weighted forecast that stays honest.
- ResearcherReads source, prior art, or external docs and files a substantive written analysis.
Plans it follows
- Proposal / Statement of WorkDraft a client proposal or statement of work that wins the deal and prevents scope creep — covering objectives, scope, deliverables, timeline/milestones, pricing, assumptions, and acceptance criteria.
- Meeting Prep BriefWalk into the meeting already warm: who's in the room, what was promised last time, what you want out of this one, and the two questions worth asking — one page, read in the elevator.
- Enrich a Leads ListTake a raw leads or contacts list and enrich each row with derived and looked-up attributes — company domain, industry, size band, role seniority, normalized location, and a quality/score flag — into a clean CRM-ready file.
Actions the crew can take
- Pipeline statusThe whole pipeline: follow-ups due (overdue first), every open deal by stage with its id, value, chance and weighted value, the weighted forecast, and what was won or lost lately.
- Add dealSave a deal the moment it is mentioned, before you describe it: title, company, contact, value in dollars, stage, expected close date and next follow-up.
- Move dealMove a deal to another stage the moment the person says it moved: lead, qualified, proposal, negotiation, won, or lost (with the reason in note).
- Log activityRecord a call, email, meeting or note on a deal as soon as it is mentioned, in the person’s words.
- Schedule follow upSet a deal’s next follow-up: a date (followUpAt, YYYY-MM-DD) or a number of days from today (inDays), and what it is for.
- List dealsEvery deal, open and closed, with its stage, value, follow-up and last touch.
Each action is a small script that changes the app’s files, checked by Gezel’s security settings before it runs.
